i swear Closer is a fudging good movie.
it officially ranks in at one of the best movies i've seen.
-
sadly after 5 days in Cairo, and adapting to the surrounding there,
i had to leave. so sad lah. coz Cairo eventually seemed nice.
and so, we made our way for the flight to London!

so at first i wasn't convinced when alon said London'll be all cold and stuff.
i had to eat my words when we eventually reached there.
the temperature when we reach was approximately ard 8-10 degrees c.
and cause its winter and all, it gets dark onli at 4plus!
so by the time i reached there, it was a matter of an hour before it got dark.
-
the next day we made our way to central london.
specifically covent garden, trafalgar square etc!
and we visited river thames, big ben, london eye, tower bridge, london tower.

oh and to clear things up, the london bridge is nothing more den
a normal bridge. there's nothing special to it actualli.
it bears no real significance at all.
its just a plain white bridge and i felt cheated when i saw it! grr!
so much for the london bridge is falling down and all! hahaha.
-
the third day, we went to hyde park.
its just so beautiful there!
nothing compared to the parks in singapore really.
theres so much peace and tranquility.

we had to find our own way throughout the metro trains.
thanks to the paris guide book and a handy map,
we managed to reach our hotel safely.
and as soon as we checked in, we went out again for our sight seeing.
we went to, let me put them in french, ekhem:
tour de eiffel, arc de triomphe, musee du lourve,
musee national d'art moderne, hotel de ville, notre dame de paris
and last but not least, le saint chappelle.
all of these within the night.Photobucket - Video and Image HostingPhotobucket - Video and Image Hosting
